Why am I sharing Jules with Love?

I spent too many years struggling with periods of low self-esteem and feelings of unworthiness.  When they occurred, I had no idea how to overcome these negative thoughts and I would avoid many situations that would create a trigger.  I lived a life with moments of fear, anxiety and self-doubt.

Until I discovered writing a few years ago, I allowed my thoughts to control the way I felt, which in turn, would affect many of my relationships.  In retrospect, I never had any intention of sharing my writings and becoming so vulnerable about personal issues. However, through reading books and attending workshops I soon realized how to quiet the inner critic and be gentler with myself.  As a result, I felt compelled to share this transcendent experience.  I have so much to offer you in honesty and information, but most importantly, there is no reason to waste as much time as I did trying to figure this stuff out.  Consider this a cliff note version of the tools that have helped me and use them as a guide to learn how to love yourself.

We have so many experiences and life transitions to go through that if we can truly love our whole self, these changes can be filled with gratitude and grace.  If I can be a part in this transformation in any way, then I am truly grateful.  I am thrilled to share my experiences while continuing my pursuit of personal growth and knowledge.  My hope is to help empower others as I continue to empower myself.   I invite you to read my personal stories and take away any little gem that may bring you support and comfort.
